Chapter 2: Birth

In a vast black void, speckled with twinkling lights, a silver heart floated. Its still form stood unperturbed by the unending nothingness around it. This had lasted for eons but then...

  Badump…

The world shook. After endless ages, the heart began to beat once more.

  Badump... Badump...

With each beat the void around the heart shook further, as if becoming restless and singing praises for a long awaited event.

  Badump...

Something changed... The flesh of the heart began to move and bubble, as if something was slithering under the flesh.

  Badump...

After the fifth beat, a single gray worm burst out from the heart, constantly wiggling, trying to leave the heart. It was a disgusting sight.

Not long after this, another worm burst out from the heart. This seemed to cause a chain reaction, as many worms began to burst out from the heart, mangling its pristine form. Each worm crawled out from the heart and began to spin a silk like substance around the heart.

As the heart become completely covered in the silk, more thread shot out from its cocooned form. The silk wrapped around the heart more and more, slowly but surely forming a large mass. The mass rippled, bubbling and shifting into a different form.

A disgusting squelching sound resounded, even though it was in a vacuum, the sound defied logic and did so anyway. The mass of silk soon finish shifting its form, becoming that of a limbless torso.

At the sides of the torso, four streams of silk shot out, each twisting with more silk to form two pairs of arms with hands that held four fingers each. At the bottom of the torso many flat, metallic, tentacle-like appendages fell down like curtains. A the torso's neck the silk flowed out to form a blank mannequin-like head, the silk flowed out from the top of the head turning into long silver strands of hair, stopping at its back.

A collar of many blue-ish silver patters formed around its neck. On its face, four cracks appeared, each of them opening to reveal dark eye whites and golden eyes. The being reached one of its four arms forward and griped the space before it and pulled out a silver cloak tinted with blue and wore it.

The being turned its attention to a blue marble being orbited by a smaller, gray marble a distance away.

The narrative has been taken without permission. Report any sightings.

It moved forward, traveling to the blue marble. As it moved closer it shrunk its size.

It stopped at the gray marble, which it now seemed like an ant before, and stepped onto its surface. It walked along it until the blue planet came into vision. It allowed some worms to crawl out from one of its hands before sending them toward the planet.

As the worms moved, the being melted and soaked into the gray surface, entering a deep slumber and shifting its consciousness to the worms that had now entered the atmosphere of the planet.

The worms eventually reached above a small town. They scanned the houses before flying down into an average looking one.

  ***

It the house, a dark haired man had just finish embracing his wife. Her blond hair sprawled on the bed, both being out of breath, their chests heaving.

A white flash enveloped the room, one too quick for the couple to notice.

The worms traveled through a red space, it was moving along until it reached a newly fertilized egg. The worm entered the egg and dissolved into it becoming apart of it as its world became dark, entering a nine month long slumber, waiting for the moment it shall be reborn.

Laying on a bed, a woman that seemed to be in her late 20's with blond hair and golden eyes, looked tiredly but lovingly at the child in her arms, which had young silver hair strands and similarly golden eyes.

"Welcome to the world my sweet baby Aries." she spoke as the gently held the newborn baby that was wrapped in soft cloth.

Looking to her side, she saw a man sitting beside her, with a loving and peculiarly exited expression. His long raven black hair was tied messily into a bun and his short beard emphasized his handsome features. His body was expertly built, with his tall Hight and broad shoulders, he seem quite large.

"Keel, would you like to hold him?" She looked at him with a smile.

"Oh... Umm Amanda are you sure? What if—" He looked quite nervous.

"Keel, he is your son, you should hold him. You don't have to worry, nothing will happen mister nervous commander."

"... You didn't have to bring up that nickname." He looked at his wife with exaggerated sadness.

"Oh please." She rolled her eyes and handed the baby to him.

Keel took Aries from her, holding him nervously and awkwardly. "Hey there little guy..." He placed his finger before the baby.

The baby gripped onto Keels finger and smiled, making slight sounds of joy. Keels face lit up and he kissed the babies forehead, "I will always love and protect you, my little baby Aries."

The sounds of writing filled the room as as a small boy with short silver hair and golden eyes marked on a book with his pen

'It has now been two years since I have fully regained consciousness and went over my memories. I have learned how to act in an appropriate way since doing this, but there is something missing in my acting, so keen-eyed people might notice something. Moreover, I have yet learned to truly feel these emotions.

My 6th birthday is tomorrow, which means in the coming September I will be enrolled in school for the first time. I think I should be able to learn something there.

Though if this doesn't work I could always use mystical means.'

Placing down his pen, The boy sat up and closed the book. He straightened his white shirt, fixed his collar and patted his black pants.

He took a deep breath and exhaled. His face lit up with emotion, almost unrecognizable from the expression he had before, and with his twinkling eyes, he walked out of his room.
