A deep voice of a child called "Dear brother, "
A tall child who wore ragged clothes, burn marks all over them.
He had a red buzz-cut, his eyes covered under his own shadow.
On his knee laid parchment paper, while holding a quill drenched in ink between two fingers "I am very far away now, please don't come look for me."
His pointy ears flinched along the wing, his back straightening "Ever since I awakened my habel, ever since that incident, I realized I can no longer show my face before you."
He laid his head against his other hand, his knuckles whitening.
He kicked a pebble with his other leg "When I choose to meet you again, I will accomplish a goal worthy enough for the incident to be forgotten. I will meet your eyes then."
The boy sighed, placing the quill on his side "I hate writing letters, always such a complicated ritual. Do I have to?"
A silhouette of a person stood behind him, he clasped his hands, his voice was rather amused "Of course! A good letter is a good farewell, you need this."
The young one nodded, grabbing the quill "I see."
The tall one leaned forward, placing his head near the kid's "Perhaps tell him how you felt, why wont you?"
The child pressed the quill against the paper, his hand moving fluently "During the raid, I felt hopeless, the..."
He squeezed his hand around the quill, marks of ink covered his hand.
The being whispered "The word you are looking for is wrath."
The red hair pressed his quill against the paper "Wrath consumed me. I hope you can understand me.. after all, we are brothers."
The kid's back bent down "I was mad. All I saw was the flames of our village, burnt to ashes. I couldn't contain myself."
The being smiled, a purple tail with dark purple spikes flailed behind him "You contained yourself well, delete this part."
The kid nodded, scribbling off a part of the paper.
The creature clasped his hands "That will do."
The youngling tilted his mouth sideways, eyebrows furrowed.
He lifted his head, revealing a set of light red eyes, his left eye covered in a deep slice shaped scar.
The being crept over the letter, swiping it off the red eyed "Such a strong will, how pleasant."
The being gently folded the parchment under his hand, backing off the child.
He turned around, walking towards a town visible in the distance.
The tailed being tilted his head back, his purple eyes glinting "I want you to travel towards those snowy mountains,"
He pointed his finger towards a pair of mountains, barely visible in the horizon "Collect your own weapon."
The child nodded, pushing himself up, leaving his quill on the stone, his feet brushing the ground "May our religion thrive."
The being smirked, disappearing into the distance "It may, Ignis."
Ignis walked towards the mountains, waving the being off.
He lifted his hand up, placing his palm on a thick tree.
Red halos swirled around his hand, a burst of flame shot out of his palm.
A gaping hole was carved into the tree, the outlines of the hole pitch black.
His eyes wandered around the circular burn mark, stopping around the bottom.
The child sighed, his body slumping downwards.
His knees hit the ground, the wild fire burning his village carved into his mind.
His eyes widened, he bit his lips.
Ignis cocked his fist backwards, hitting the tree around the stem.
He drew his hand back again, punching harder.
Chips fell off the tree as he punched again, his fist reddened, he punched the tree once more, wounds opening.
Before that, the village was inside a big forest, houses placed on trees, on rocks, with flowers grown everywhere.
A little child raised his hand towards Ignis, amused "Why are you punching the tree?"
Ignis turned around, his face clean, his blue eyes reflecting the moon.
He swept sweat off his forehead "Eh? Oh! I'm training to become super strong!"
The child clapped, jumping in excitement "Yay! Can I try too?"
Ignis laughed, shaking his head and petting the little one "No, the trees are super tough! Once you grow up, maybe."
The child smiled, raising his fist "When i grow up, I am going to become super strong just like you!"
Ignis smirked "lets just go home for now."
He lowered his hand, grabbing the child's hand and walking alongside him.
The youngling skipped around as the two walked, waving towards other elves as he walked by.
The child and ignis climbed on stone stairs, leading to a wooden shack.
Ignis walked towards the back of the shack, tilting his head back "I will go wash myself, go play around or something."
The child nodded, his smile widening as he walked into the house.
Ignis picked up a wooden bowl, walking down from shack towards a river.
An elf with a spear walked by Ignis, he wore leather pads on his shoulders, a blue moon symbol on his chest.
He smelled of wet leaves, smirking "Oy brat, gonna wash up after training eh?"
Ignis pointed at himself, a cheeky smile on his face "I better not catch you slacking off your job, Eldro.Go to your spot and stop harassing people!"
The elf laughed "You have such a mouth, Ignis."
Ignis raised his chest, laughing in a purposefully deeper tone.
He waved Eldro off, going down the river.
Other elves in the river swam and splashed each other in water.
Ignis crouched, collecting water with his bowl.
A sudden shockwave pushed ignis into the river, dropping the bowl out of his hands.
He lifted his head, reaching for his bowl "Hey! Someone catch it!"
The bowl flew into a boulder, crushing into it.
The bowl split in half, Ignis groaned "Oh what in the world can even cause a shockwave at this hour!"
He pushed himself up, turning around.
Elves rushed from the river back into the village, pushing each other around.
His eyes widened, smoke reeked in the air, a thickening smell covered the area.
He turned around, and two elves ran towards ignis in a rush, their eyes darting between the running elves.
One carried a club, green chains surrounding his fists.
He had a blue moon tattoo on his shoulder and wore short leather pants.
He furrowed his brows as he looked at Ignis "We need to run away, now."
The other elf tilted his head towards the club holder, he pulled a knife out of his leather pocket "I am... gonna stall them for now, help the others escape."
The club wielder sighed, nodding.
Ignis opened his mouth "Ezra, what is going on?"
The elf exhaled, pressing his forehead "We are under attack, 3 of them. Most likely habel users."
Ignis shook his head "Let me fight!"
Ezra swiftly grabbed Ignis' hand "No."
Ignis pulled back, waving his hand out of Ezra's grip.
Ezra lunged forward "This is not the time to be a hero, you can survive!"
Ignis landed on his hands, splashing into the water.
He gritted his teeth, grabbing a handful of water and moving his hand forward.
His hand moved out of the water, splashing Ezra's face.
Ezra fell into the water "Ignis!"

Ignis reached for a boulder, grabbing himself up.
He ran towards the burning village, breath quickening.
His pupils shrunk, a faint screech escaped his mouth.
A towering pile of corpses, animals and elves barely distinguishable from one another.
The smell of blood and smoke caused ignis to cover his mouth, barely holding onto a nearby wall.
On top of the pile, a being crouched.
His hair was pitch black, eyes half open.
He wore a black suit with no shoes on, his feet clinging onto the pile.
Two short horns stuck out of his forehead, his eyes gazed forward, their purple nature making them visible even in the thick smoke.
He stretched back, puffing on a circular leaf, thicker smoke blowing out of it.
Ignis limped back slowly, his eyes averting from the pile the being stood on.
He turned around, sprinting towards his house "I have.. to find him, before anything happens!"
He rushed faster and faster as he got closer to the house, reaching for the front door.
ignis jumped forward, crashing into the door of his burning house.
he covered his nose, frantically looking around.
In a corner amidst the flame, Ignis saw him "There you are!"
The child flinched, his head pressed against a wall.
His eyes were full of tears, he sat silent, not uttering a word.
Ignis ran through the flames, pulling the child towards him, placing the child on his back "Lets get out of here!"
The child's grip tightened around Ignis' chest.
Ignis ran out, circling around flames.
He pulled behind a tree, gasping for air.
Chains clattered violently around Ignis.
Red chains burst through the smoke, flying right above Ignis.
Blood fell from the chains, right onto Ignis and the child.
Ignis turned around, the child on his back had his ears covered in blood.
The child screeched, Ignis turned his head around, chains flinging his way.
An elf jumped forward, blocking the chains.
Eldro held his spear up, clashing with red chains that dripped of blood.
The chains reeked of metal, a strong stench that challenged the smoke.
Eldro tilted his head back "Run away kid!"
Ignis' fingers wobbled, barely holding the child on his back.
Another set of chains launched towards Eldro, slipping trough the air.
Eldro flung the first set of chains with the tip of his spear, striking it between the two sets of chains.
The spear staggered, it's body slightly folded.
The chains rattled through the air, Ignis snapped back at the sound of the metals clashing.
He turned his legs back, his breath thickened, feet quickening.
The further he ran, the louder the chains rattled.
He approached the edge of his village, the exit from the forest.
He kept running forward, in between trees.
He tilted his head back, the village crumbled, roofs fell.
He bumped into a tree, falling back and dropping the child.
He swayed his head, rubbing his forehead "What am I even doing..?"
He looked back at the child, the child's blue eyes reflected Ignis like a mirror.
Ignis gasped "Y-your ears.."
The child covered his ears with his hands.
Burn marks were left around the sharp spot of his ears, shaping them like ones of a human "They burn.."
Ignis shook his head, his eyes lingering on the flames "What am I doing here..?"
He took a step towards the forest "I should help them."
He rubbed his hands, full of burn marks "Chaos would resolve this."
He scratched his hands, opening burn wounds "I need to kill the intruders."
His eyes stopped tearing up, bits of smoke leaving them "If they burn the village, I will burn them."
He took another step forward, blood dripping from his muscles "Nothing would go in vain if I try."
His body moved against his instincts, running towards the flames "Even if I can only help a little..!"
Ignis pushed around the trees, leaving the child behind.
His blue pupils grew darker, a red tint covering them "I cant... be.."
He sprinted towards the village, his eyes wavering.
He reached the village, pulling behind one of the shacks.
His eyes widened, mouth gaped open.
His legs buckled under his body's weight.
Eldro dangled in between the fingers of a hooded stranger, blood marks on both his hands.
The hooded one stood tall, his grip around Eldro's neck tight, squeezing the air out of his lungs.
Eldro gasped for air, blood trickling down his eyes.
Below the two, his spear completely snapped in half.
The hood was white, blood marks all over it.
The moment Eldro's hands flopped down, the being laughed, his hands caressing Eldro's cheeks, picking up a handful of blood.
He dropped Eldro's lifeless body on the ground, wiping the blood on his clothes.
After his hood soaked most of the blood, he scratched his own eyes "Ah..! Such flow of blood, how .. warm, sticky, and yet crucial!"
Ignis tightened his jaw, clenching onto the ground's dirt.
He opened his mouth, tears dropping on the ground.
He whispered, shutting himself off "b-bas.."
The bloody one turned around, ignoring Ignis' presence "Lets see if there are any more of them alive, haha!"
Ignis slumped on the floor, saliva mixing with blood on the ground "I.. cant even scream."
He lifted his shoulder up, slamming the ground "This sucks.."
His burn marks tore off like dead skin "I will burn them..."
His eyes lost their blue, pupils transferring light red.
He crawled up, the flames of the village reflecting on his eyes.
Fire combusted off of him, everything around him turning to dust.
The burst of fire stood tall, the height of the flames exceeding the trees.
He leaped up, red halos covered his hands.
Fire releasing relentlessly off his palms.
He raised his hands forward, shooting the fire towards the hooded person's direction.
The blood on the tip of the person shot down, immediately curving up.
The blood looped around like a string, creating a net and blocking Ignis' fire "That was close wasn't it!"
He turned around "Purple bastard was damn right! That sticky sensation in your heart, right? The pump!"
He laughed, his hand covering his face "Oh don't be that mad now, your powers are so messy! Just imagine how many eyes we can gush open, how much veins we can play around with!"
Ignis eyebrows furrowed, stronger flame releasing from his hands.
The net burned, blood dropping in an instant.
As Ignis' burst of flames reached the hooded figure, another silhouette appears, his purple gaze alone stopping the flames in place "Ah, the habel user has awakened?"
Ignis rattled backwards, his hands limping down as his body stops releasing flames.
The purple eyed fully turned around, his hands open wide "Worry not, I want you to join me in my quest to divinity."
The blue eyed child stands in the middle of the plains, right outside the forest.
His legs flopped on the ground, he held his hand close to his heart, knuckles whitening.
His white hair rustled along the wind, eyes sharp, looking into the forest, waiting.
