"Thunder Coating: Lightning Thrash!”

  Isamu is surrounded by his thunder aura, which is visibly seen as lightning. His aura is above average compared to the average Shorai, so the crowd is amazed by his aura.

  With a fist, he sprints at Kuragami at lightning speed. Kuragami avoids being hit, but in an instant, Isamu switches direction and dashes right back with a punch. Kuragami uses his right arm to block it and push him back.

  The crowd is surprised at Kuragami’s reaction time.

  "That guy is too fast!"

  “How did he block it? I could barely see it coming.”

  Are people already on this level, and we just became Shorai?!”

  Daku smiles.

  "Kuragami…Nozomi."

  Kuragami calms himself.

  "Not bad, Isamu."

  Kuragami crouches down with his right hand on the floor. He raises his aura. The scarf on his neck reacts to the breeze of his aura.

  “I’m going to have to end this quickly.”

  The whole atmosphere becomes a little chilly.

  "Ice Technique: Piercing Iceberg."

  Kuragami's ice aura is projected at everyone watching. Everyone is surprised by how much aura Kuragami has released.

  A large amount of ice emerges from the floor, with the pointed ends directed in the direction of Isamu. Isamu is astounded at the amount of Ice Kuragami can create. He looks around to see if he can dodge it. But the crowd makes it impossible. Kuragami has left Isamu with no other choice.

  "No way."

  The girl bites through her lollipop.

  When the Ice is about to hit Isamu, someone comes out of nowhere in front of the ice, extends his arm towards the Ice, and without touching it, the ice shatters into little pieces. It was Kiyoshi who interrupted the fight.

  The whole crowd is shocked, but at the same time thrilled to see such power from all three of them. Most of the crowd thinks that they have a long way to go, while a few aren't that impressed.

  "You broke my ice without touching it. How? I was gonna win the fight, man. Why did you do that?"

  "You weren't gonna win that, I was going to-”

  "Don't lie to yourself. You were going to lose. I saw it."

  Isamu starts to get angry at Kiyoshi.

  "Well, you can't see what didn't happen. So how can you say for sure?"

  Kiyoshi smiles and puts his hands in his pockets.

  "Everyone, we are going to carry on the ceremony. Go back to the hall and stay out of trouble. If any of you start any more fights, I'll make sure that you don't become Shorai."

  Everyone starts to get a little worried about what Kiyoshi said, but Kiyoshi did a good job of deterring the Young Shorais. Kuragami goes to Isamu.

  "Hey Isamu, next time you disrespect my family, there won't be a Kizoku to save you."

  Isamu grinds his teeth, and they all go back to the hall.

  "So I see you've been training your ice techniques."

  "Do you know what I realised, Homura? The more I use my aura, the stronger I get. So I just train a lot to make sure I'm stronger than others."

  "I guess I need to start training more than you, then."

  "I guess so."

  Every one is back in Danketsu Lobby, and the ceremony carries on.

  All the Kizoku are standing behind him.

  "Sorry for the inconvenience, I will now carry on introducing the Kizoku. The 4th Kizoku Name: Kazuya. The 3rd Name: Hayaka. 2nd Name: Ruri, and 1st is the strongest Kizoku, Name: Kenji."

  All the new Shorai start applauding and cheering the Kizoku. Akuma isn’t there.

  Kuragami looks at Homura. He is amazed.

  The crowd stop clapping. The speech continues.

  "Now, all of you new Shorai, an armband has been sent to your homes to symbolise that you are official Shorai Disciples. They have the names of certain chosen disciples from your disciple groups."

  Homura and Kuragami look at each other.

  "Now, may you all get your armbands and from today onwards, you guys are official Shorai Disciples. Remember to submit your teams of 4, and we will send you a letter of your teams somewhat this week. Thank you for your time."

  “Submit our teams? Don’t they pick?”

  Everyone starts clapping, and they all depart from the hall.

  "Alright, Homura, I'm gonna go look for Yuma, then go home. We need a team of 4, though. I don't know who will be willing to join our team."

  "Apparently,y if we just submit us two, we will be put with two other people. So I'll just do that. Leave it to me, you go find your brother."

  "Alright, see ya."

  The two boys both depart, and Kuragami goes to look for Yuma.

  Sasaki sees Homura and starts to follow him.

  Kuragami calls for Yuma numerous times and runs around to find him.

  Suddenly, he finds him in an alleyway with Kiyoshi. Kuragami is hiding, making sure they don't notice him. Kiyoshi and Yuma are having a conversation, but Kuragami can't hear a word they're saying.

  They shake hands, and then Kiyoshi vanishes. Kuragami then approaches Yuma.

  "What were you two talking about?"

  Yuma becomes startled.

  The story has been stolen; if detected on Amazon, report the violation.

  "Who are you two?"

  "You and Kiyoshi. So?"

  "We were, um. We are talking about you, actually. Yeah we were just saying how you have so much potential and how you can be one of the strongest out of your year. He was impressed that you let off such a powerful attack."

  Kuragami's eyes light up and he forms a big smile.

  "Really. One of the Kizoku said I have potential. “I mean, uh.”

  Kuragami scoffs.

  ”Yeah, that was expected. I am kinda strong.”

  "I've been complimenting you all these years, and I'm a Kizoku."

  "Yeah, but you're my brother, that doesn't count."

  Yuma chuckles and scruffs Kuragami's hair.

  "Let's go to the station and go back to the Water Section. Your armband is probably delivered by now."

  Kuragami nods and they both make their way to the Bullet Train Station. Many people are there since most of them just became Shorai.

  Kuragami again looks at the Shorai with their mums congratulating them. Yuma notices that and feels bad.

  The train comes, and they both go in and sit down.

  The train arrives at the Water Section.

  Both brothers start walking. Multiple families see Kuragami and Yuma, and they all give their congratulations to him. Kuragami feels like a celebrity.

  As they are about to enter their area, they see a bunch of people surrounding their home. Kuragami is worried and is questioning why there's so many people outside their house.

  "Yuma, what are they all doing outside our house?"

  Some of them hear Kuragami, and they all turn around looking worried, some crying. Yuma starts getting scared, and his face shows it.

  "Hey, what the hell happened!"

  A Water Disciple steps up.

  "Your father. He's -".

  Before he could finish the sentence, Kuragami started running to his house, pushing everyone out of his way.

  "Kuragami!"

  Yuma starts to chase him.

  Kuragami bangs the door open, looks inside, then freezes. Tears start running down his face and he falls on his bottom.

  Kuragami can't believe what he is seeing. Yuma then comes in and is shocked.

  Kuragami tries to let out some words.

  "No- No way."

  Kuragami's voice is breaking, and then suddenly, he screams.

  Yuma holds in tears and goes straight to the body. Their dad is dead on the floor with a hole in his chest.

  While Kuragami is screaming, his blue aura starts to show, and for a split second, it turns black.

  Yuma goes to Kuragami and hugs him while they are both having a breakdown. Their dad is dead. Yuma, let's go after Kuragami. Kuragami stops screaming but carries on crying to the floor.

  Yuma turns to the people and asks,

  "Who killed my father?"

  They all stay silent.

  Yuma crouches to the ground, puts one hand to the floor and focuses his aura on his hand.

  "I said, who the hell killed my father?!"

  Everyone keeps their guard up, raising their auras. They wouldn't want to deal with a rage attack from a strong Ice Disciple.

  "Why did it have to be like this?"

  Yuma's aura is released, becoming his ice technique, Frozen Kingdom. The ice continues to grow in size. All of the ice and water disciples flee, but the ice catches up with them faster than they can flee. But then a lightning bolt appears out of nowhere and strikes Yuma's ice.

  The lightning bolt then transforms into the Kizoku, Furo. Furo has one hand on the ice, and while he's touching the ice, it is pushing him back while growing.

  "Thunder Technique: Raijus Judgement."

  Thunder starts to generate from his hands. The power of his thunder is rivalling Yuma's Ice.

  When the two attacks collide, a massive eruption occurs, clearing all of the clouds around them.

  Yuma starts to calm down.

  "What happened? People from the Sky Islands could probably sense your aura."

  The Sky Islands is another way of saying the Air Section, since the Air Section is all in the sky.

  Yuma's hair is covering his eyes, so Furo can't make eye contact.

  "Furo, what the hell are you doing here?"

  "I came here with Keikena. We sensed your aura, so I came to see what was happening. Keikena couldn't be bothered to come, as always."

  Yuma's fists are clenched. His aura is exploding, causing fissures in the floor. Yuma continues to build up in wrath as pebbles levitate.

  Kuragami can sense Yuma's anger, so he stops crying and stands up. He sees his new armband covered in his dad’s blood. He puts it on.

  "Dad. I'm going to try to stop Yuma from going on a rampage. Now that you're gone, I have to man up even more. But I-"

  "So you're not gonna tell me? Just straight to powering up your aura I see. You know, Yuma, you're gonna be in a lot of trouble for this."

  Yuma isn't phased at what he's just been told.

  Furo also powers up his aura.

  Yuma and Furo both put their hands up, facing each other. Suddenly, there's a strong clash and a large elemental pressure is in between them, creating cracks on the floor, causing everything to rumble.

  Some people are passing out, while others can barely stand on two legs. The wind created by the clash is strange, forming dark clouds surrounding the Water Section. In the aftermath of their conflict, the waves of the sea are snarling.

  Furo realises that this clash could be dangerous for the Water Section, so he puts one hand to the sky, facing the dark clouds. He intends to stop this clash without losing.

  "Thunder Technique: Iranimak's Punishment."

  The clouds begin to merge, causing an enormous amount of aura to be spilt from the sky. The ground begins to rumble, and an abundance of high-voltage thunder begins to burst forth in the sky.

  The aura in Furo's hand is synced to the aura in the sky. Furo drops his hand, and a thunderbolt going beyond limits falls from the sky.

  Yuma is watching the thunderbolt fall to him at unnatural speeds.

  Kuragami's eyes start to glow blue with little white lines inside them. Some of his hair starts to rise. He starts to get surrounded by a strange blue aura.

  Yuma has no time to react to the thunderbolt as he is already clashing with Furo. There's nothing he can do. He is waiting for the thunderbolt to come down and strike him.

  "Dammit."

  Kuragami suddenly appears in front of Yuma's eyes, as if he teleported there. There are no signs of him travelling there. Yuma begins to panic.

  Yuma hears Kuragami whispering in a gentle tone, but doesn't know what he is saying.

  Kuragami lifts both his hands, and suddenly, a huge amount of glistening ice comes up from the ground. It is way bigger than the Ice he released when he was fighting Isamu.

  Yuma senses something different about Kuragami's aura.

  The thunderbolt and the glistening ice collide, resulting in a tremendous explosion in the Water Section. The battle is halted by the explosion. The last clouds have dissipated. The overwhelming vibe pervaded the entire continent.

  The thunderbolt is gone, and as the explosion clears, there remains Kuragami's Ice. Somehow, it was able to withstand Furos' attack.

  Everyone is shocked that a 12 year old was able to stop a Kizoku attack.

  Furo is amazed that Kuragami was able to stop one of his strongest moves with his ice.

  Kuragami's aura dissapears, his eyes turn back to normal, and so does his hair. He starts falling headfirst.

  Yuma catches him. While he is holding his little brother, he realises that he's unconscious.

  "Wow. You two are really strong!"

  Everyone looks to see who said that. It was Keikena.

  "How are you getting beat by a 12 year old Furo?"

  "I didn't get beaten by him; he just blocked my attack."

  "He just became a Shorai, Furo. That's embarrassing."

  Keikena starts laughing.

  "Anyways, how come you told me that you couldn't be bothered to come but you're here now?"

  Keikena stops laughing, and his face turns straight.

  "Because I wouldn't have been able to suppress Yuma. Be glad that you did because it's not happening again."

  "But how did you-"

  "Weakling."

  Furo sends a little lightning bolt to Keikena. He slaps it away bare handed.

  Keikana faces Yuma, holding Kuragami.

  "Oi, Yuma. You need to come back with us to Seelie Burgh. You let off an attack that could've killed civilians."

  "But what about Kuragami. He's just a kid. His dad just died. I'm all he has left."

  "That is none of our concern. But I have my suspicions on who could've killed your father."

  Yuma starts to get interested in what Keikena has to say.

  "You see the hole on his chest. You’re telling me someone did that and there’s no trace of aura around? Someone pierced through your dad's chest with brute strength. There’s a handful of people who can do that to Ryoma, but only one with motive. You know who I’m talking about?”

  Yuma grits his teeth.

  “Yeah.”

  “You was wrong to not put her in Uyid. We would’ve been able to keep track on her."

  "We wouldn’t have been able to do shit. We don’t control that prison.

  Keikena smiles.

  “You know what Yuma?“

  Keikena closes up to his Yuma’s face.

  “You was wrong sparing her life in the first place. You should’ve killed her when you had the chance. You created a Yugai.”

  Yuma pushes him back.

  "Where’s Khemu and Hasake? My dad said he had things to do with them.”

  “Well they aren’t here are they?”

  A lady called Sayo comes to Yuma. She is very good friends with the family. Her tears have dried on her face.

  "Yuma, I understand you feel angry. Please don’t let it affect Kuragami. I’ll look after him for now.”

  Yuma nods. He gives Kuragami to Sayo, and she walks off.

  “Good luck Yuma.”

  "Now come, Yuma, or I'll get Furo to zap you."

  Furo pinches Keikenas arm.

  "Ow."

  Yuma faces the civilians. He gets on his knees and drops his head.

  "Forgive me, all of you. I shouldn’t have done what I done. I’m so sorry."

  He picks up his head.

  “Please honour my father.”

  A disciple steps forward.

  “Help us plan his funeral when you come back.”

  Yuma faintly smiles.

  “Don’t bother waiting.”

  Yuma, Keikena and Furo head to the train station. Furo is in front of the two of them.

  Keikena looks at Yuma.

  "The Water Section will change. Within due time, Yuma Nozomi."

  Yuma takes a deep breath.

  “That doesn’t concern me anymore. One third of my heart perished.”

  Furo looks back at the two of them, confused.

  A man with a sickle on his side and a cigarette in his mouth exits a train in one of the stations in The Water Section. He’s covered in bruises and blood.
