This is an anthology of short stories, all of which are written in the format of found documents, that detail the world and corruptions of the new empire from it formation and into the future. The New Empire is spearheaded by a powerful aristocrat known only as the Lord Protector, and though he is not king in name he is far more powerful than all the kings and emeprors he protects.
